This is an As-Built Survey of a new single-family residence in DeKalb County, Georgia. It was prepared to satisfy the DeKalb County requirements for the issue of a certifcate of occupancy. This is an example of a Topographic Survey in the Talladega National Forest in Alabama. The existing culvert under the road is not sufficient to handle the runoff water during times of rain, which causes the roadway to flood and become impassable. This survey was performed as part of a project to re-design this culvert and part of the roadway.

This is an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey of a movie theater which is currently under construction in Peachtree City, Georgia. The ALTA Survey was necessary to satisfy the lender’s requirements for a commercial real estate closing. This is an example of a Boundary & Topographic Survey of an existing elementary school in Birmingham, Alabama. The school has since been demolished with a new one being constructed in its place. The courthouse document research for this property was very intense in order to accurately re-establish the boundaries of each of the individual tracts of land that the school property.
